The A.Q.I.-certified restaurant will provide comfort on a cold evening, with organic delicacies prepared by Chef Kenta Shibahara and served in a warm and cosy ambience.
After learning the cookery basics in his native Kyoto, Kenta Shibahara moved to Italy, where he polished his skills at Michelin-starred restaurant Palazzo Petrucci in Naples.
He ranked second at the 2011 ICCJ’s Gran Concorso di Cucina.
