The San Daniele ham consortium marks another edition of the event called "Aria di Festa", that takes place from Friday 22nd to Monday 25th June at San Daniele del Friuli Udine. Visitors can taste the famous San Daniele ham. Experts will explain the various steps of the production of ham. There wil be many cooking shows. Many cooking shows are planned and visitors can taste also other local food specialities, matched with several kinds of beer and wine.
