CHEESE Turns 20
From 15th to 18th Bra will host the special edition of Cheese, the international event dedicated to quality cheese and dairy products.
This editions will be centred around raw milk, that is the Cheese Market will only present cheeses which are made with non-pasteurised milk. The spotlight will also be on natural cheeses, showcased in the same space as wines, beers, nitrate and nitrite free luncheon meats and sourdough bread. One of the new features is foodMOOD, a business area for the exhibitors. 35 Taste Workshops designed to explore new foods and flavours will be held in Bra and Pollenzo. World-famous Italian and international chefs will be the protagonists of Dinner Dates, with seminars and workshops. Food samples will be available in various location around Bra, with food trucks, to the beer and pizza gardens.
