At the School of Italian Cuisine, the CHIC team will take you into a journey through the tastes and flavours from the different areas of the Italian peninsula.
A new season of theme dinners is about to begin, with flavours from the different territories of Italy, at the School of Italian Cuisine (Scuola della Cucina Italiana, via San Nicolao 7, Milano, MM1 Cadorna). The CHIC team of chefs will lead the guests into a journey through a different kind of haute cuisine, paired with the wines recommended by the Italian Sommelier’s Association and explained by President Antonello Marietta. The first session was hosted by Chef Mario Porcelli from Restaurant Alpenroyal Gourmet of Selva di Val Gardena (BZ). On 18th October, Chef Gianni Tarabini - Ristorante La Presèf, Mantello (SO) - will present his own take on Valtellina’s cuisine. 22nd November will mark the third session with Abruzzo’s specialities by Chef Matteo Iannaccone – Café Les Paillotes di Pescara. The final date will be 13th, with Sicilian cuisine in the interpretation of Accursio Craparo, chef at Ristorante Accursio of Modica.
