On Saturday 3rd february in the lecture hall of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in via Università 4 there will be a conference entitled "Typical food products: a concrete opportunity and a reassuring illusion" The conference begins at 9 AM and it is organized by the agriculture Society of Reggio Emilia, with the collaboration of the Universitiy of Modena and Reggio Emilia, as well as the University of Bologna.
