CORSO DI SOMMELIER SUL VINO ITALIANO A TOKYO
Thursday 8th February the course to become sommelier of italian wines starts at the Language & Culture Studio of Kichijoji (Tokyo). The course consists of the degustation and the study of wines produced in Italy and their difference. There will be both theory and practical lessons, so that the aspiring sommeliers can achieve excellent competences on the features and properties of italian wines. They can also learn how wines and food are matched. The participants who pass the final course will be declared Sommelier of Italian Wine and will receive the certification of the Worldwide Sommelier Association (WSA).
