The 2017 edition of TUTTOFOOD, the international fair dedicated to food & beverage organised by Fiera Milano, ended with excellent results confirming the importance of the event as a global hub for quality food. There were 80,146 certified professional visitors, 23% of the foreign total from 141 countries, of which 45% extra-European. Among the foreign buyers, the delegations from the target countries of this edition were particularly numerous: USA, Canada, South America, Germany and the Gulf countries. Also important was the presence of historical markets such as France and the United Kingdom and of those with a higher growth rate such as China, India, South-East Asia and Africa. More than two months after the closing, the rebooking data was very positive, with many exhibitors reconfirming their presence at TUTTOFOOD 2019, on which the organization is already working at full speed.
