Identità golose, the International Chef Congress dedicated to haute cuisine takes place at the Conference Centre of Milan in via Gattamelata fron Saturday 3rd to Monday 5th March. The signature dish of the event will be pizza. Paolo Marchi, the creator of the event, explains that this fourteenth edition focuses mainly the attention on the human relationships, in particular between chefs and customers.
