On Saturday 18th november the Italian Accademy of Cooking organizes the conference about the cooking of the Middle Ages in the castles of Friuli-Venezia-Giulia region. The event is held at Villalta castele in Via Castello 27, located in Villalta-Fagagna, in Udine.
