The Molino School reopens with a calendar full of events dedicated to pizzeria, pastry and bakery. These will be courses in which the technical depth, the reasoning and the knowledge of the dynamics of dough and processing will be the basis of the teachings. In fact, at La scuola del Molino recipes are taught and not performed "as an act of faith"; Registration is open for the first two pastry courses. The first “Candied Fruits and Jams: From Fruit to Dessert” will be held on 18th and 19th September 2017. The course will focus on the techniques of fruit candying and jam making, using little sugar. The second “Italian breakfast with an eye on costs” will be held on 20th and 21st September 2017 and will focus on leavened breakfast products, with an interesting insight on cost and revenue aspects.
