November porc takes place in four different weekends: it begins in Sissa (6-7 november), it moves to Polesine Parmense (13-14 november), then to a Zibello (20-21 november), the last weekend is in Roccabianca  (27-28 november). This is one of the most famous gastronomic events, where visitors can taste various pork cuts. Firstly culatello, but also mariolone, pretone, strolghino and cicciolata. Secondly the fair features also music exhibitions.
