The delegation Of the Versilian historical territory of the Italian Academy of Cuisine organizes a conference on the rebirth in the Versilian Territory, in Tuscany, of the farming of old varieties of wheat. The event will be held on Saturday 14th April 2018 at the cloister of Sant'Agostino, located in Pietrasanta (Lucca).
