The exhibit will open on 3rd May at 7:30 pm, with the presence of photo critic Roberto Mutti and the Cucina Moderna editor-in-chief Laura Maragliano. The exhibit will remain freely open to the public until 17th May.
The exhibition “Portraits on Paper” is displays an elegant series of still-life compositions of food. The treatment done on the paper gives the works a precious 3D effect.
The unveiling of the exhibition will be followed by a stand-up dinner, with a special menu created by Chef Dario Pisani. The price per person will be 35 EUR and will include the drinks.
