On Saturday 10th and on Sunday 11th february the event "Un rosso per i palati di gusto" takes place in Bologna. The venue is Fico Eataly World, a big food farming park in Via Paolo Canali, 8. At the stand of Calabria Region there will be the presentation of the project on a kind of chilli pepper called Casalino. Tasting events are also included. Visitors can taste chilli pepper, 'nduja, (a particularly hot sausage), and spicy kinds of cheese. Opening hours: from 11 am to 1 pm and from 6 pm to 8 pm.
